Gears for XBus Programmable Servo S8911BL

Redesigned top case and gears to increase servo durability.
Aluminum case to prevent the shaft from shaking in the top case, which can cause wear and tear on the gears.
The highly rigid metal case with steel bushings assembled to the shaft support and thicker metal gears greatly reduce distortion caused by repetitive motion.
The distortion caused by repetitive motion is greatly reduced. This contributes to further lengthening the life of brushless servos.

About Servo Horns
To maximize the performance of the high-torque servo, use “JR Genuine Metal Servo Horn” or “JR HD Horn” for the servo horn.

 

The 1K servo were the standard servos sold before the current 2K servos were released.
Parts other than the case are the same as the current product (2K).

Stock setting is OK. But you can get more good feelings if you adjust.
 

Important Notes on Using Our Servos

Our servos are programmed to operate with high precision and sensitivity.
Because of this, if there are any obstructions within the servo’s range of motion and it is unable to move as commanded by the transmitter, the servo may experience excessive load. This can result in damage to the internal circuit board due to overheating.

When installing the servo for throttle, aileron, or other control surfaces, please make sure to leave a small amount of free play between the servo travel range and the mechanical movement range. This helps prevent any binding or overloading of the servo.
