This is a 16 channel receiver, which designed as OD/EV combined into one piece.
What it does is if one side of receiver died for some reasons, you’d be able to control surfaces with other side of receiver.
Here is an example set up:
Ch 1 throttle
Ch 2 right aileron
Ch 3 right elevator
Ch 4 right rudder
Ch 5 left aileron
Ch 6 left elevator
Ch 7 left rudder
Ch 8 kill switch
Odd number receiver died, you’d have even number receiver to control surfaces.
