My name is Ken Velez. I started flying R/C planes at the age of 12. I like to fly just about any type of Plane, from micros, f3p, sport planes, warbirds to giant scale etc… but my main interest is pattern or F3A. I’ve been competing in F3A since 1997 till present and was the AMA Master 2008 National Champion. Recently, late 2019, I got interested in IMAC and I’m enjoying the large scale acrobatics competition. I started flying JR in 2006 and never looked back, very pleased with the performance of the JR radios and equipment.
